| Sanderson Steel MTB Frames |
Steel frames have a "spring" quality about them that make them more comfortable than stiffer and harsher aluminium frames on longer rides. Steel is also stronger and easier to repair than aluminium making it an excellent choice for riders that push their bike to the limits.
Sanderson are a new generation of hardtail frames designed in the UK for our riding conditions, and made from top quality Reynolds 853 or double butted chromoly tubing.
Building up the frame into a complete bike is a free service we provide if the other parts are purchased from us - just ask one of the Bigfoot staff for help designing your dream bike. Shop staff Paul, Mark and Roger all ride Sanderson so we should be able to answer any questions about ride quality and handling.
LIFE - 853 Tubing, £400
The top of the range frame in the Sanderson line up is the Life, made from high quality Reynolds 853 tubing. Perfect for pro level riders or anyone taking part in 24 hour events.
All frames are optimized for 100mm suspension forks and are disc specific. 16", 18" and 20" frame sizes are available.

BREATH, Chromoly Tubing, £250
The Breath has the same geometry and many of the same features as the more expensive Life, but is made from Japanese chromoly tubing. A good choice for the enthusiast level rider.

Soloist - £299
The soloist is the singlespeed frame in the Sanderson lineup. It comes with a unique bottom bracket tensioning system to keep the chain tight. Available in 16", 18" and 20" sizes.
Flow Drift
At last we have found a decent jump and general urban riding bike! With a frame made from double butted 4130 chromo steel the Flow Drift is made to last and withstand knocks without being too heavy.
All parts come from top brands, such as Marzocchi Dirt Jam Pro forks, Hayes disc brakes, Shimano LX rear mech, Blackspire bars and stem and a Truvativ chainset.
Available in 26" and 24" wheels sizes. The 26" version is in stock now at £799.
